Orders are handled through a “post-and-hold” process. Fresh items are baked in small batches, then availability is posted and text alerts are sent to customers who have opted in. To receive text notifications when a new batch is made or to order, customers must submit their information through the opt-in form on the website. All orders are made through text message or a phone call.
Once the post goes live, items are available first come, first served. Customers can call or text to reserve items for same-day pickup. Preorders may also be requested and are often accommodated with flexibility; cinnamon rolls may be provided frozen depending on timing and availability (especially during holidays).
Yes. All baked goods freeze and thaw beautifully - especially the cinnamon rolls.

At this time, gluten-free items are not offered. However, pop-ups are occasionally hosted with other vendors who do offer gluten-free options.
